Not only that, some research also shows that chamomile tea contains many anti-inflammatory substances and antioxidants that can reduce pain and regulate the stability of blood sugar levels.

5. Turmeric tea

Although there is no scientific evidence, turmeric has been widely used to prevent bloating and treat kidney stones . Studies in animals show that turmeric can prevent cancer and reduce inflammation. Unfortunately, research on these benefits has not been done to humans.

6. Rosella tea

According to the study, drinking rosela tea for 2-6 weeks can reduce cholesterol levels, even if only slightly. Routine drinking rosela tea is also able to reduce blood pressure, which is even thought to be as effective as taking drugs captopril and hydrochlorothiazide .
Therefore, if you are taking blood pressure-lowering drugs, or have low blood pressure, you should limit your consumption of these herbal teas because of the risk of causing low blood pressure (hypotension).

7. Chrysanthemum flower tea

Chrysanthemum tea or chrysanthemum tea is a popular herbal tea taken in China. The aroma is unique and soft, and the taste is not too bitter making this herbal tea favored by many people.
